What is a Multi workout class?
Discover the power of option and individualisation. Our signature classes sync into one template which allows you 3 different ways to train.  

1. SHRED Exclusively 
Sweat your way to a lean and functional body with SHRED. This is our signature H.I.R.T program. Combining the best practices of cardio and resistance training to unlock your fittest yet.  

2. BUILD Exclusively 
Pack on lean and functional muscle all while getting stronger. Follow a periodised hypertrophy plan backed by a decade of tried and tested methods.  

3. SHRED & BUILD Mixed 
This model is perfect for those who want well rounded fitness. Get strong, fit and have the flexibility of two program choices.

SHRED

A cutting edge program with  movements designed to get you as lean as possible.
We use HIRT (High Intensity Resistance Training) which blends the best of resistance training and high intensity cardio for one action packed workout.

build

A program tested for nearly a decade to help produce results for those looking to build lean and functional muscle.
With a blend of body weight and weight resistance exercises, you’ll be sure to work up a sweat and build some muscle!!

TEAMS

This action packed 60 minutes is designed to test you as an individual and as a team mate.
Feel the support and electric atmosphere as you sweat your way through a full body functional fitness workout.

GLUTES

The largest group of muscles in the body require attention. Training your GLUTES packs  positive benefits from 

  • Increased overall strength 
  • Resilient lower back 
  • Muscular and well defined glutes 
  • A head turning physique 

This one hour session combines weight training and isolating band work to give your glutes a reason to develop.
