John holds a Master of Physiotherapy, Bachelor of Exercise Science, and Personal Training Certificates, and has worked with athletes (across multiple sports) from local to national levels.
This unique blend of experience and empathy drives John's commitment to helping all clients return stronger, more resilient, and better equipped to meet—and exceed—their goals.
John combines hands-on and therapeutic treatments with tailored rehabilitation programs to support optimal outcomes.
Leah is a Peak Performance Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Pro Figure Athlete with multiple world titles. With over 10 years of coaching experience and a doctorate in Mindset Transformation, Leah combines evidence-based hypnotherapy, NLP, and high-performance coaching to help high achievers redefine their limits and perform at their best — with less pressure, more clarity, and unshakable self-belief.
A seasoned posing coach and elite competitor herself, Leah also supports natural bodybuilders in refining their posing, stage presence and mindset, bringing the same athlete-centred focus to everything she does.
