With 8 years of in-person personal training experience, I specialise in helping both men and women achieve real results through structured, coached sessions. My approach focuses on refining technique, driving progression, and pushing you to get the most out of every workout.
Alongside your training, I place a strong emphasis on nutrition helping you understand how to fuel your body properly without restrictive or extreme methods. My clients learn to train with intention, build sustainable habits, and develop a balanced approach to nutrition that supports long-term, lasting change.

With over 14 years in the fitness industry, I bring a well-rounded coaching approach shaped through both hands-on experience and leadership. As the owner of a sports centre and CrossFit box for over 7 years, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients — from beginners to high-performance athletes — always focusing on structured, effective training.
I specialise in Olympic lifting and gymnastic skills, with a strong emphasis on movement quality, efficiency, and long-term progression. I also have extensive experience in group programming, personalised coaching, and performance-based training.
My background as a CrossFit athlete, Olympic weightlifting competitor, and now HYROX athlete allows me to coach with real understanding of performance, structure, and intent.
I also work with older adults and return-to-sport clients, focusing on safe progression and building long-term confidence in movement.
