NQ Youth – Rising Athletes is a fun and engaging strength & conditioning program designed specifically for 10–15 year olds.
Whether they play AFL, soccer, netball, nippers, basketball, rugby, athletics or another sport, our sessions help young athletes develop physical skills that can transfer to their sport — while keeping training fun, positive and age-appropriate.

No. The program is suitable for different experience levels.
No. Youth from all sporting backgrounds are welcome.
The program is designed for boys and girls aged 10–15.
Wear comfortable clothes to train in, suitable shoes and bring a water bottle. There's a water bubbler and drinks available to purchase too.
Yes of course. A single session is $20. You don't have to buy a pack however if you'd like to book into multiple sessions its a more economical option to save $.
Yes. Bookings are essential and places are limited.
