And if you're not a Never Quit gym member, you can still train with a PT - there's no additional membership required for personal training sessions.

I'm Dan, a strength & conditioning coach with over 5 years in the fitness industry. My background comes from any egg shaped ball sport, with my highest level being Nat 2 Rugby Union in London. Those experiences is a big reason I coach the way I do today — I care just as much about longevity as I do about your strength and conditioning. I’m genuinely passionate about helping people chase their own version of progress. I’ve worked with clients preparing for dance recitals, to building confidence in the gym, to getting ready for their first fitness competition (hyrox, turfgames, marathons). Whether you’re here to build strength, improve your conditioning, move better, or simply feel healthier and more confident day-to-day, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
My goal is to help you be strong, fit, and capable in your body — not just look good.
